Master Shin's Anvil - Kitchen Knife - Small

Master Shin's Anvil is the oldest blacksmith shop in South Korea, established in 1845. In 2016, the Korean government awarded Master Shin In-Young with the highest title, recognizing his rare, traditional skills and outstanding talent. Following old-world techniques and traditional minimalist design, Master Shin creates high-quality, functional pieces that are also durable works of art.

This knife is made of carbon steel and when properly cared for, can last for decades. There is no need to sharpen your knife but every two to three years, depending on frequency of use. Sharpen by hand on a whetstone.
