Shipping Policies
Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations prior to shipping.
We ship from Sawyer, Michigan via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping rates are calculated based on product weights and dimensions. Fragile or large items, even if they are lightweight, incur higher shipping costs due to the volume of the shipping box.

Orders are eligible to be exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
All items must be in their original condition. Damaged items will not be considered for exchange. If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us at hello@sojourn-sawyer.com to report this and provide photos.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless an item is deemed defective.
Handmade products do have variations in size and style. This is a natural occurrence and the nature of handmade. No two designs will be exactly alike giving you a lasting one-of-a-kind product to treasure for years to come. If you are looking for specific dimensions on a product, please contact us at hello@sojourn-sawyer.com before purchasing so we can assist in finding the right fit.
Special or custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit and are not eligible for exchange.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for cancellations, exchanges or refunds.

Rental fee is 20% retail price of each item— paid on the date of item rental. Return date will be 7 days from rental payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Client assumes all costs related to items returned in damaged condition.

Approval deposit fee is 10% retail price of each item— paid on the date that items are taken on approval. Deposit is non-refundable unless applied toward the purchase of items taken on approval. Return date will be 7 days from approval deposit unless otherwise agreed upon. Client assumes all costs related to items returned in damaged condition.
