Aloka
Aloka is a studio team in Athens, Georgia that sources and refines select vintage kanthas and makes pillows and fashion pieces from them. Aloka vintage kanthas are made from layers of saris that were hand-stitched some 60-80 years ago in India. They carefully select each for their material integrity and design and embrace the beauty and uniqueness in the material's patina that was created over time.
